The Swiffer Duster is a product by Swiffer that allows you to clean your house much more efficiently. It uses a variety of technology, including plastics, adhesives, and fibers to offer you a well rounded cleaning tool. When compared to a regular duster, the Swiffer Duster will on average lock in over twice the dust in a single pass.
When dusting your house, it is important that you follow a specific method to render the very best results. Using the Swiffer Duster, you will find doing this chore significantly easier, due to its Dust Lock Adhesive and fibered material. However, you will still need to keep in mind some basic principles while dusting.
Systematic dusting
When you use your Swiffer Duster, make sure that you follow a set path instead of just wandering around aimlessly.
Make sure that you cover each room completely before moving to the next. Its important that you move either clockwise or counterclockwise around the room so you do not miss anything. Dust the tops of things first and work your way to the bottom of the room.
Hard to reach
When dusting, you can not neglect the difficult to reach places, like on top of bookshelves and behind the microwave, because these places often accumulate the most dust due to the lack of airflow or movement. Use the Swiffer Duster to snake behind furniture and get into crevices. Even though the Swiffer Duster uses advanced technology to trap dust, it can still accumulate too much to work properly.

Flexibility
Reaching hard to see spots can be difficult with a rigid plastic or metal duster, so Swiffer decided to do something about that. The Swiffer Duster is extremely flexible, and will allow you to bend the tool almost in a complete one hundred eighty degree angle. This is integral in allowing access to difficult to reach spaces, as you can just snake the Duster through and it will bend accordingly.
Ergonomic handle
The Swiffer Duster‘s handle is designed with use in mind. It features yellow plastic, which is comfortable on your skin for long periods of cleaning time. It has a loop at the end which you can use to hang the Duster up in a cabinet or closet after you are finished. The handle is wider in the middle which conforms nicely to our hand shape, and allows you a great grip.
